I’m Helen, the owner of Blossom Bakery. Based in Great Baddow, Chelmsford, Essex I make a large selection of freshly baked items. Everything from celebration cakes, cupcakes, tray bakes, biscuits, giant cookies and scones. I also make a wide range of Afternoon teas and can cater for functions and parties.
At Blossom Bakery we design pretty and elegant designs that don’t just look fabulous, they taste wonderful too!

We cater for both gluten-free and vegan diets and can also combine both.
We pride ourselves on the quality and flavour we achieve working with different ingredients to adapt our recipes.

Please note that whilst we try to reduce any risk of cross-contamination, we have a small kitchen that handles many key allergens, such as dairy, eggs, nuts and wheat (gluten). Therefore, our products would not be suitable for severe allergies of any kind.
